Sphere campaigns
A campaign picks a group of people, a kind of touch, and how often. REHL AI drafts each message personally from that person's history, so a hundred people do not get one identical email.
Set one up
- Go to Sphere, then Campaigns.
- Name it and pick the touch kind: quarterly check-in, birthday, home anniversary, market update, community event, just listed, just sold, or custom.
- Pick the group: a tier (VIP, standard, inactive) and a relationship type (past clients, sphere, referral partners, family, friends), or leave both open for everyone.
- Pick a tone: warm and personal, professional, holiday greeting, market update, or a quiet check-in.
- Set the cadence in days, then activate it.
When touches actually get queued
A background job runs every 30 minutes. It checks the campaign's own cadence, not each person's individually: once that cadence has elapsed since the campaign last ran, it queues a touch for every person in the group who does not already have one pending. Birthday and home anniversary campaigns work differently: they ignore the cadence entirely and fire off the date on the person's record.
Queued is not sent
Every queued touch still has to clear the compliance gate before it leaves REHL. Four of the campaign kinds (quarterly check-in, market update, community event, and custom) take the lead path, which needs the person promoted to a lead AND a consent record on that lead. Missing either one marks the touch skipped. This is the most common reason a campaign shows activity but nobody receives anything. Read sphere email and the law before you activate your first campaign.
Just listed, just sold, birthday, and home anniversary campaigns share a different path: they send under the same lawful opt-out rules as the rest of your sphere marketing rather than needing a consent record first. For just sold, birthday, and home anniversary that holds while the person is a sphere contact; promote them to a lead and those three move onto the stricter lead path. Just listed is also the only kind that matches real listings against what each person is watching.
Campaigns also need a plan that includes Nurture. Starter does not, so every touch from every campaign kind, including just listed, is queued and then skipped for as long as you stay on Starter. That block lifts only on an upgrade to Pro or Power; it is separate from, and checked before, the consent gate above. A card that fails to charge just pauses sends until it clears, so do not mistake one for the other.
