Plans and pricing
REHL is a per-seat subscription. Solo agents pay per seat with no base fee; brokerages pay a base fee plus a discounted per-agent rate.
For solo agents
- Starter, 99 dollars a month: up to 3 active listings, sphere up to 1,000, manual social, no Cultivate.
- Pro, 249 dollars a month: unlimited listings, sphere up to 5,000, full Cultivate and Nurture, auto-posting to one platform, open houses and walk-in form.
- Power, 399 dollars a month: unlimited everything, auto-posting to all platforms, Boost on Facebook, advanced analytics, API access.
For brokerages
- Starter, 499 dollars a month plus 79 dollars per agent: 2 to 10 agents.
- Growth, 999 dollars a month plus 129 dollars per agent: 11 to 50 agents.
- Scale, 2,499 dollars a month plus 179 dollars per agent: 50 to 100 agents.
- Enterprise: custom, for 100-plus agents with SSO and custom SLAs.
Per-seat brokerage pricing runs about 30 percent of the equivalent solo plan because the base fee covers the admin, brand, and governance layer.
