Reading the trend and score factors
The number alone is not the whole story. REHL shows you where the score is heading and why, so you can act with context.
Trend readout
Each lead shows a short trajectory, for example 45 yesterday, 67 today, 82 now. A fast climb is your cue to reach out while intent is peaking.
Score factors
Drill into a lead to see the top factors behind the current score, the specific signals that moved it. This tells you what a lead cares about before you pick up the phone.
Every score change is recorded, so the trend is a real history, not an estimate.
