My listings are not showing up

The most common reason is that your MLS feed is not connected yet. Listings display only once your RESO Web API access is approved.

  1. Confirm your MLS has approved your RESO Web API data feed. This often takes a couple of weeks, sometimes longer if your broker of record is slow to sign.
  2. Check that you are viewing your branded subdomain (your-name.rehl.us), not rehl.us. Listings never display on rehl.us.
  3. Give the first sync time to complete after the feed goes live.
  4. Still stuck? Contact support and include your brokerage name and MLS.
