Connect your MLS feed

REHL displays listings from your brokerage's licensed RESO Web API feed. Requesting that feed is step one, because MLS approval can take one to six weeks.

Start the feed request on day one

Your brokerage requests a RESO Web API data feed from your MLS. This is the critical-path item for launch, so start it before anything else. Approval commonly takes one to six weeks.

Request template

When you contact your MLS, ask for RESO Web API access (not a legacy RETS pull) and reference your brokerage's Data License Agreement. A typical request includes:

  • Brokerage legal name and MLS member ID.
  • Broker of record name and license number.
  • Access type: RESO Web API (Web API 2.0.0 or later).
  • Purpose: display of the brokerage's IDX listings on the brokerage's own website.
  • Technical contact for credentials handoff.

REHL only ingests data through the RESO Web API. We never scrape Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or the MLS. Listings appear only on your branded buyer subdomain, where the DLA applies.
