Import your sphere and past clients
Bring your book with you on day one. REHL imports your contacts from a CSV and sorts them into two buckets so the right people get the right follow-up.

Two buckets
Existing leads
Active buyers you are already working. These enter the pipeline and can be scored and cultivated.
VIP and past clients
Your sphere and closed clients. These go into Nurture for lighter, long-horizon touches rather than active-buyer cadences.
How to import
- Export a CSV from your current CRM or spreadsheet.
- Upload it in REHL and map the columns (name, email, phone, and any tags).
- Choose the bucket for the batch: existing leads or VIP and past clients.
- Review and confirm. Imports are dormant by default, so no messages send until you turn on a cadence.
Direct migration from tools like Follow Up Boss and kvCORE is on the roadmap. CSV import is available now.
