When a past client comes back

This is the thing REHL can do that a standalone CRM cannot: it owns both your branded site and your CRM, so it can tell you when someone you sold a house to five years ago quietly starts looking again.

When a past client returns to your site and starts opening listings, a Past client is back card appears in the Do this now queue on your Today page. It shows how many listings they viewed and saved, and when they were last on.

Exactly when the card appears

  • Their relationship type is past client. Friends, referral partners, and vendors still build warmth, but they never appear on this card, because the label would be making a claim about them that is not true.
  • They have been active on your site within the last 7 days.
  • Their warmth score is at least 20, which is roughly two listing views.
  • At most five people show at a time, ranked by warmth.

The Sphere page uses a higher bar for its Warming up count: 70 or above, with no recency requirement. So the two numbers will not match, and neither is wrong. Today is asking who is worth interrupting your day for. The Sphere page is asking who is warm overall.

This card depends entirely on the identity match described in warmth. If their site account uses a different email than their Sphere record, they can browse all week and never appear.
