Get your leads into REHL with no setup
Three ways to get a lead into your pipeline that need no integration work at all. Go to Sources, then Bring your leads.
1. BCC add@rehl.us
BCC add@rehl.us on the email you send a new contact. REHL creates the contact, fills in what it can find, assigns it to you, and saves any attachments such as a pre-approval letter to the record. It lands tagged as forwarded by agent.
- Send from the email address you sign in to REHL with. That is how REHL knows the lead is yours.
- Use BCC, not CC, so your new lead never sees that you copied us.
2. Forward portal alerts
Your brokerage has its own forwarding address on that page. Forward a Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, or Homes.com lead alert to it and REHL reads the alert and creates the lead. Set a rule in your mail client and it happens without you.
3. Post a webhook
For Zapier, Make, or a system of your own, the page shows a webhook address and a token you can rotate. Rotating shows the new token once, so copy it before you close the box.
If the webhook address is hidden rather than shown, that is deliberate: REHL checks the endpoint is answering before it prints a URL, so you never point Zapier at something that silently drops leads.
Moving your whole book from another CRM
That is a separate wizard on the Migrate a CRM tab. Upload your Follow Up Boss or kvCORE export and REHL detects the format, matches the columns, shows you a preview with new, duplicate, and invalid counts, and only writes once you confirm. See Import your sphere and past clients for the full walkthrough.
Does REHL start messaging these people?
No. Leads that arrive this way are added, enriched, scored, and routed. Outreach still waits until you have consent on file for them.
Who can see the forwarding address and the token?
An Admin seat. The BCC address, add@rehl.us, is the same for everyone and needs no setup, so any agent can use it.
