Consent records

A consent record is proof that a person agreed to hear from you on a given channel. No record, no send.

For every recipient, REHL stores the channel (text or email), the source, the timestamp, and the exact wording they agreed to. That record is checked before every send and is your audit trail if consent is ever questioned.

Buyers who sign up for alerts on your branded site give consent at that moment, captured the same way.
