TCPA and CAN-SPAM in plain English
Two big rules govern outreach. REHL handles the mechanics so you stay on the right side of both without becoming a lawyer.
TCPA (texting and calling)
You need prior consent to text someone, and you must respect quiet hours and opt-outs. REHL will not text without a consent record, only sends between 8am and 9pm local time, and suppresses anyone who opts out.
CAN-SPAM (email)
Marketing email must identify you, include a physical mailing address, and offer one-click unsubscribe. REHL adds these automatically and honors every unsubscribe.
Florida, Washington, and Oklahoma get stricter defaults, including double opt-in for texts. REHL applies the right rules based on your state.
