How REHL keeps your outreach compliant
Compliance is enforced in code, not left to you to remember. REHL blocks non-compliant sends before they go out.
What is enforced automatically
- Consent: every recipient must have a consent record on file for the channel, or the message does not send.
- Quiet hours: texts send only between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time.
- Opt-outs: replies like STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE are suppressed instantly and honored on every future send.
- Sender identity: your brokerage name is included as required.
You cannot accidentally message someone who opted out. The suppression check runs on every send.
