How REHL keeps your outreach compliant
Compliance is enforced in code, not left to you to remember. REHL blocks non-compliant sends before they go out.
What is enforced automatically
- Consent: every recipient must have a consent record on file for the channel, or the message does not send.
- Quiet hours: texts send only between 8am and 8pm in the recipient's local time, which is stricter than the federal 9pm limit and is what we apply unless we can establish that the recipient's state allows later.
- Opt-outs: replies like STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE are suppressed instantly and honored on every future send.
- Sender identity: your brokerage name is included as required.
You cannot accidentally message someone who opted out. The suppression check runs on every send.
