Put a REHL lead form on your own website

Website forms gives you a block of HTML you paste onto any page you control. Someone fills it in, and the submission lands in your pipeline like any other lead.

Create a form

  1. Go to Website forms and give the form a label you will recognize, like "homepage sidebar".
  2. Optionally set the page people land on after they submit. It has to be a full https address.
  3. Save. REHL generates the form's key for you. You cannot choose it.
  4. Copy the snippet and paste it into your page. It is plain HTML and needs no JavaScript.

Creating a form mints a public address on the internet that accepts submissions under your brokerage's name. Anyone who has the snippet has that address. Turn a form off when you retire the page it lived on.

The consent line is part of the form

The snippet ships with a required consent checkbox and the exact wording next to it, plus two hidden fields that record which wording the person agreed to. Leave all three in.

That is what makes the opt-in evidence rather than a claim. Collecting a phone number without a clear disclosure the person ticked is a TCPA problem, and it is your brokerage's name on the form. If you delete the checkbox, submissions still become leads, but REHL will not let you text or email them, which is the boundary working as intended.

You can replace the default wording with your own on the form's settings. Change the version label when you change the words, so an old consent record still says which wording it belonged to.

Who owns the leads?

You set an owner agent per form. If that agent is paused, REHL routes the lead rather than dropping it into a dead pipeline.

Who can create one?

An Admin seat. The form carries the brokerage's name, so it is an owner decision.
