The weekly posting plan

The Posts tab holds one decision in three parts: is this listing marketing at all, what does it post every week, and what came of it.

The plan is a Monday to Sunday grid with at most one post per day, and it repeats every week. It is not a to-do list for this week. Fill in Wednesday once and something goes out every Wednesday.

Setting it up

  1. Open REHL Studio and pick the listing, then the Posts tab.
  2. Turn on REHL marketing for the listing in the Campaign section at the top.
  3. In the planner, pick a day and choose what it posts: a carousel, one of the template families in a style and a format, or one of your own uploaded designs.
  4. Leave the other days empty. An empty day posts nothing.
  5. Save. The plan only takes effect once you save it.

Milestone posts

Separately from the weekly days, the plan can post when something happens to the listing: a price drop, going under contract, and closing. A price increase is never posted. Milestones have their own style and format and can be switched off.

Your plan and your brokerage's default

  • With no listing selected, the planner shows the default every new listing inherits.
  • Save a plan on one listing and that listing uses its own plan from then on, completely, not merged with the default.
  • Saving an empty plan on a listing is how you switch Studio off for that one listing while the rest keep going.
  • Deleting the listing's plan puts it back on the brokerage default.

What happens after you save

A scheduled job looks at your listings every ten minutes and writes the posts your plan calls for, with the graphic rendered from the listing's photos and your brand. Approved posts go out on a job that runs every minute. If a graphic is still rendering when a post is due, REHL waits up to fifteen minutes and then publishes with the listing photos rather than holding the post forever.

Your plan caps how many platforms and how many posts per week per listing REHL may use. Starter has no automatic posting at all. Pro is one platform and five posts a week per listing. Power is unlimited. Brokerage plans match Pro on Starter and are unlimited on Growth and Scale.

I saved a plan and nothing appeared in the queue.

Give it ten minutes for the next run. If it is still empty, check three things: the listing is published and its campaign is on, your plan allows a post that week, and your brokerage has a connected social account. Posts are only written for listings your brokerage owns.

Can I make one go out right now?

Yes. Use Post this now on a design, or approve a post that is waiting. If your brokerage requires approval before social posts go live, Post this now parks it in Pending approval instead of publishing.
