Collect and publish client reviews

A review in REHL is a private link you send, a submission you approve, and a star rating on your branded site. Nothing a client writes goes public until you publish it.

Ask for a review

  1. Open the transaction once the deal has closed. There is a Request a review prompt on it.
  2. Click it to mint a private link tied to that deal, then copy the link.
  3. Send it to your client however you normally talk to them: text, email, WhatsApp.

REHL does not email the request for you. Sending it yourself is the point: it keeps the ask inside a conversation you already have, and it means no new marketing message goes out on your behalf.

Admins can also mint links from Reviews, either for the brokerage generally or aimed at a named agent, and can revoke a link that has not been used.

What your client sees

The link opens a short page asking for a star rating and a few words. Each link works once. Once it has been used or revoked, it stops opening.

Moderate and publish

Every submission arrives as pending and is invisible to the public. An admin opens Reviews, reads it, and publishes, hides, or deletes it. Admins can also add a review by hand for one that came in somewhere else.

Published reviews, and only published reviews, appear on your branded buyer site: the star average on the home page and the full list at your site's reviews page.

Can an agent moderate their own reviews?

No. Any seat can request a review from a closed deal. Publishing, hiding, and deleting are Admin only, so nobody approves their own praise.

A client says the link does not work.

Each link is single use. If they already submitted, or the link was revoked, it will not reopen. Mint a fresh one from the transaction and send that.
