Saved messages

Saved messages are your own words, kept and reused. You write it once, REHL fills in the names and details, and you drop it into any conversation.

This is not Cultivate. Cultivate writes a fresh message with REHL AI for each touch. A saved message comes back exactly as you wrote it, with only the tokens filled in. Most agents want both, for different people.

Writing one

  1. Go to Saved messages and click New.
  2. Pick email or text, give it a name, and write it.
  3. Drop in tokens where a name or a detail belongs, written like {{first_name}}.
  4. Save. REHL checks your tokens as you save and tells you which one is misspelled, so a client never receives a raw {{token}}.

The tokens that work

  • Theirs: {{first_name}}, {{last_name}}, {{full_name}}, {{lead_email}}, {{lead_phone}}.
  • Yours: {{agent_name}}, {{agent_first_name}}, {{agent_email}}, {{agent_phone}}, {{agent_title}}.
  • Your brokerage: {{brokerage_name}}.
  • Your own custom fields, written as {{custom_}} plus the field key.

Every token has a fallback, because real contact records are incomplete. Someone with no first name gets a greeting that still reads like a sentence. Where nothing sensible can stand in, such as a phone number, REHL leaves a visible gap and tells you which token fell back before you send.

Who can create and edit them?

Anyone with Edit on Leads, which is the default for an agent seat. Reading the library needs Read on Leads. Making a message shared across the brokerage additionally needs Edit on Settings, because a shared message is the brokerage speaking and the broker is accountable for it.

Does inserting a saved message send it?

No. It fills in the text and hands it to your composer. Nothing leaves until you send it, and your send goes through the same consent, opt-out, and quiet-hours checks as any other message.
