Your marketing integrity record
Marketing Integrity is a dated record of every listing your brokerage has marketed and what gave you the right to market it. It is what you hand your MLS if anyone ever asks.
Every time REHL markets a listing it records the basis. For an MLS listing that is the office match on the feed. For a listing you added by hand it is the exact wording you agreed to before marketing was unlocked, along with who ticked it and when.
What each row tells you
- MLS office match: the listing office on the feed is one of yours.
- Manual attestation: someone at your brokerage attested to it, and the exact wording and the date are on the row.
- Manual, MLS address verified: you added it and the MLS record backs up the address.
- Conflicts with another office: the MLS now says another office holds this listing.
- Attestation missing: nobody has attested to it.
- Displayed through IDX, owned by another brokerage.
The last three are flagged for review. The basis is worked out fresh every time you open the page, not frozen at the moment you marketed, so a listing that has changed hands since shows up as a problem instead of sitting quietly on an old answer.
Getting it out
- Open Marketing Integrity under Admin in the left nav.
- Export the CSV for a spreadsheet, or open the printable packet for something you can send as-is.
Who can see this?
Brokerage admins, and only for their own brokerage. It is not visible to an agent seat.
A listing shows Attestation missing but I am marketing it.
That is exactly what the flag is for. Open the listing and complete the ownership attestation, or stop marketing it. Until then REHL will refuse new posts for it.
