Share your compliance file with an auditor
An audit link is a read-only web page showing your advertising compliance checklist for your listings. You send the link, they open it, no login and no account.
This is the compliance file for your listings, not your signed documents. Signed contracts live in Documents and are never exposed by an audit link.
Minting one
- Go to Compliance and mint an audit link. You can scope it to everything or to a single one of your own listings.
- Give it a label so you remember who it went to, and optionally set it to expire after a number of days.
- Copy the URL and send it to the auditor.
Minting a new link for the same scope replaces the previous one, so the old URL stops working. You can revoke any link at any time, and the link list shows when each was last opened, from what address, and how many times.
What the auditor sees
- Your brokerage name and logo.
- Each listing in scope with its address and MLS number.
- The compliance checklist for each, with a completion percentage.
What they do not see: who on your team completed each item, your leads, and your internal notes. Those are stripped before the page is built, not hidden by the page.
Who can mint one?
A brokerage admin. How many links you can have live at once comes from your plan: Agent Starter none, Agent Pro one, Brokerage Starter five, and Agent Power, Brokerage Growth, and Brokerage Scale unlimited.
Can I share an IDX listing this way?
No. A listing-scoped link only works for one of your brokerage's own listings. Minting one for a listing from your IDX feed would be publishing another broker's listing, so REHL refuses.
