Setting a cap

1. Open brokerage settings and go to Billing & Plan.
2. Find the REHL AI budget cap card. It shows your recent spend against your cap over a rolling window.
3. Enter a dollar amount and save, or clear the field to remove the cap entirely.

What pausing at the cap actually stops

Hitting your cap pauses on-demand REHL AI: the things you trigger yourself, like drafting a listing description or a message. Setting the cap to zero dollars pauses all of it immediately.

It also pauses the drafting step behind Cultivate cadences, because writing each touch's email is a real, billable REHL AI call, the same as anything you trigger yourself. A touch Cultivate cannot draft is held rather than sent, so at the cap a Cultivate cadence stalls rather than keeps going. Nurture cadence sends do not stall this way: they are metered but never blocked, so your sphere and past-client touches keep drafting and sending past the cap. A short list of background drafting is marked required rather than new AI work and keeps firing regardless of either behavior: auto-replying to a lead's own message, and the automatic just listed alert to your sphere.

Lead scoring is unaffected. The score is a weighted sum over your signals, not an AI call, so it keeps updating at any budget. REHL AI can optionally nudge a score by a small bounded amount, and if that nudge is unavailable for any reason, including this cap, the plain weighted score stands.
