Requesting a copy of your data

Ask on the data request page and REHL compiles a machine-readable file of your own data and gives you a private link to download it.

How to ask

  1. Open the data request page and submit the form.
  2. If you are signed in to your account, your identity is already proven and the file starts compiling right away.
  3. If you are not signed in, give your name and email. REHL emails you a confirmation link and compiles nothing until you open it. That step exists so nobody can pull your data by typing your address.
  4. You get a reference code either way. Keep it.
  5. When the file is ready you get an email with a link. Open it to see the status and download the file.

What is in the file

  • Your account profile, without your password.
  • Your saved homes and saved searches, including which agent's site you saved them on.
  • Your browsing and activity signals.
  • Your sign-in session history, without the session secrets.
  • Your own enquiry records at each brokerage you have contacted, limited to what you submitted and where it stands.

The file does not include a brokerage's private internal notes about you, such as scoring, agent notes, or data bought from third parties. It never includes anyone else's data.

Timings

  • Compiling is a direct database read, so it is usually ready within moments. The status page updates itself while it works.
  • An unconfirmed request goes stale after 7 days. Start a new one if that happens.
  • A ready download stays available for 30 days. The next time you or anyone opens the link after that, REHL clears the compiled copy and the link stops working. That is on purpose: the link is a key to your personal data.

Can I ask for my data to be deleted here?

This page requests a copy of your data. It does not delete anything. For deletion, contact support at support@rehl.us.

Does this work on the main REHL site as well as an agent's site?

Yes. The page works on both. On the main site you use the email confirmation path, since accounts live on an agent's own site.
