Open house feedback
A one-minute survey about the home you just walked. Your answers help the owner understand how the house is landing.
The code is personal to you and to that open house, so the page already knows which home you visited. No login needed.
What it asks
- How the home looked, out of five stars.
- Whether the price felt too high, about right, or a good deal.
- How the location and the neighborhood felt.
- How likely you are to buy a home like this one.
- Anything else that stood out, good or bad.
- Whether you would like a free valuation of your own home.
Your feedback goes to the agent and the brokerage, who use the aggregate to advise the owner. It is never shown on the public listing page.
Can I change my answers?
Yes. Open the same link again and it loads what you sent, so you can edit and resubmit.
What if I ticked the box asking for a valuation of my own home?
The agent will follow up about it. That box is the only part of the survey that asks anything of you.
