Leaving a review
Your agent sends you a private link. You rate the experience and write a few lines, and the brokerage decides whether to publish it.
The review link needs no login. Open it, give a star rating, write what you thought, and send. Each link works once.
What happens next
- Your review is saved as pending. It is not public at this point.
- A brokerage admin reads it and either publishes it or leaves it unpublished.
- Published reviews appear on the brokerage's reviews page, which also shows the star average and the total count.
Nothing pending or hidden is ever shown publicly. Only reviews an admin has published appear on the site.
My link says it has already been used.
A review has already been submitted through that link. Ask your agent for a fresh one if you meant to write another.
Can I change or remove my review later?
Not from the link, since it only works once. Contact the agent or the brokerage. An admin can hide or delete a review.
