The per-agent auto-reply timer
Speed to lead wins deals. The auto-reply timer lets REHL respond on your behalf if you have not answered a new inbound within a window you choose.
Set a per-agent timer. When a new inbound arrives, REHL waits your chosen interval for you to reply. If you do, nothing automated fires. If the timer lapses, REHL sends an approved first response so the lead is never left waiting.
The timer is yours to set per agent, so a fast responder and a busy agent can run different windows.
